We package in bubble wrap and brown paper.

Any claims for undelivered items must be made within 14 days of order to be accepted. tracking emails are sent on pick up so follow those and any issues with delivery please contact the courier company in first instance. we are not responsible for stolen packages.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in shipshape condition, is damaged, faulty, or lost by the courier, we will happily repair or replace place it. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product.
We don't accept returns for change of mind but can offer store credit if product is returned unopened in original packaging undamaged. Restocking fee may apply and any free shipping courier fees and fees will be oncharged
