Shipping policy

At Kidzstuffonline we aim to ship within12 hours of order arriving on weekdays. 

We use castle parcel, post haste and NZ Post couriers unless specified , all orders are tracking using gps, signature is not required unless specified.
If you give an incorrect address and the item is returned you may be liable for extra shipping costs. Please also choose rural delivery if the address for delivery is rural, delays can be expected while we chase up payment for the surcharge.Orders generally arrive overnight within island and 2-3 day between islands add extra 2-4 days for rural deliveries.
