1 - Do I need an account to shop online or do click and collect orders? - No you can check out as a guest however if you do create an account, you can login and see your purchase history.

2 - How quicky do you ship? -We pack and dispatch all orders within 24hs of receiving (working days)

3 - Can I shop Instore and where are you located? - Yes, we love to see you in store. Our Retail shop is open 7 days a week at 16 Mokoia Road Birkenhead Auckland

4- Do you Ship Internationally? - We are happy to quote international shipping; however bulky toys can be expensive to send. Please email us at info@kidzstuffonline.co.nz to get a price.

5 - If I change my mind, can I return product? - If you change your mind, we are happy to offer a store credit, items must be returned in original condition, unopened within 14 days. we don not refund shipping. 

6 - Can I purchase as a gift for someone in New Zealand if I'm overseas? - Yes, just simply use the address of person you want to send to in shipping area. please check address carefully to avoid delays, you can also add gift wrap and card, and we can wrap and write your message to them too we never add invoice into gifts.

7- Can you help me choose a gift? - Yes, please email us at Info@kidzstuffonline.co.nz use the chat box or pop instore and we can help with some suggestions depending on age and budget, we can help you choose the perfect gift.

8 - What payment types do you take? - You can pay by Visa Mastercard  paypal afterpay bank deposit

9 - How long does Delivery take? -  once your order is dispatched Auckland and North Island are generally overnight and South Island 2-3 Days. Allow extra 2-3 days if a rural address. (this is a guide from our couriers and not Guaranteed)
