The Zinc: T-Motion Explorer 3 Wheel Scooter – Unicorn is perfectly designed as a child’s first scooter so that they can have fun whilst they safely learn to ride. Equipped with 2 large 120mm front wheels and an 80mm rear wheel for extra stability, the Unicorn Scooter is perfect for kids to improve their balance skills. Scooter uses lean ‘n’ steer controls making it easy for your child to learn how to ride. Your child simply just shifts their weight into the direction that they want to steer and holds the handlebar for balance!
Your child’s safety is important to us at Zinc, that’s why our scooter comes equipped with an easy-to-use rear footbrake so your child can come safely to a stop when riding. Comfort is key, this is why the zinc three wheeled scooter has soft touch rubber grips on the handlebars to give maximum comfort whilst your child rides. We understand that kids keep growing, this is why our Zinc scooters comes with 4 adjustable height options of 73, 77.5, 82 & 86.5 cm. We dispatch every day that the couriers work.
Our aim is for all Toys to leave our premises within 24 business hours of payment clearing into our account Monday to Friday. Usually its same day orders in by 10am go same day.
We use several different couriers and to get your package to you in the best possible time.
NZ post courier / Castle Parcel / Poste Haste we have 3 pick ups a day so can dispatch asap
All items are sent tracked non signature may be required but we have gsp tracking on deliveries so still trackable
We package in bubble wrap and brown paper.
You will receive an email with your track and trace details as soon as your parcel is on board the courier so you can track it the whole way.
some courier companies are not using signature but are tracking using gps if you require your package signed for please let us know
Any claims for undelivered items must be made within 14 days of order to be accepted. tracking emails are sent on pick up so follow those and any issues with delivery please contact the courier company in first instance. we are not responsible for stolen packages.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in shipshape condition, is damaged, faulty, or lost by the courier, Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product, please keep all packaging for the claim
We don't accept returns for change of mind but can offer store credit if product is returned unopened in original packaging undamaged. Restocking fee may apply and any free shipping courier fees and fees will be oncharged
