How long will my order take to arrive? once dispatched which is usually same working day or next if after 1.30pm our couriers last pick up weekdays 3.30pm
delivery to Auckland and North Island 1-2 working days, South Island 2-4 working days
add 2-3 days if RURAL AND IF AFTER 18TH DECEMBER (we do not guarantee delivery time, but will get orders dispatched same day or next if after 1.30pm)
Our aim is for all Toys to leave our premises within 24 business hours of payment clearing into our account Monday to Friday.
We use several different couriers nz post courier poste haste and castle parcels (we not use Amerex) and to get your package to you in the best possible time.
NZ post courier / Castle Parcel / Poste Haste we have 3 pick ups a day so can dispatch asap
All items are sent tracked non signature may be required but we have gsp tracking on deliveries so still trackable
We package in bubble wrap and brown paper.
You will receive an email with your track and trace details as soon as your parcel is on board the courier so you can track it the whole way.
some courier companies are not using signature but are tracking using gps if you require your package signed for please let us know
Any claims for undelivered items must be made within 14 days of order to be accepted. tracking emails are sent on pick up so follow those and any issues with delivery please contact the courier company in first instance. we are not responsible for stolen packages.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in shipshape condition, is damaged, faulty, or lost by the courier, Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product, please keep all packaging for the claim
We don't accept returns for change of mind but can offer store credit if product is returned unopened in original packaging undamaged. Restocking fee may apply and any free shipping courier fees and fees will be oncharged
We also offer a 30-day return to base warranty on all items so you can buy with confidence. Fees may apply.
