Father Lance likes to go hiking with his wife, but his real hobby is birdwatching. He's actually quite good at mimicking bird calls, and enjoys watching how the children react when he secretly whistles a bird song. He gladly lends his beloved binoculars to the children, but is secretly worried they might drop them.
Mother Vivian loves hiking, and is always planning the next weekend's hiking trip. She looks forward to picking the hiking trail, and always makes sure to mark her favorite spots on her beloved map. All items are sent tracked non signature may be required but we have gsp tracking on deliveries so still trackable
We package in bubble wrap and brown paper.
You will receive an email with your track and trace details as soon as your parcel is on board the courier so you can track it the whole way.
some courier companies are not using signature but are tracking using gps if you require your package signed for please let us know
Any claims for undelivered items must be made within 14 days of order to be accepted. tracking emails are sent on pick up so follow those and any issues with delivery please contact the courier company in first instance. we are not responsible for stolen packages.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in shipshape condition, is damaged, faulty, or lost by the courier, Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product, please keep all packaging for the claim
